Less stories told, more business sold…is it really? Often times when you do the “sales talk” you have the tendency to say a lot. You begin to present all the details of the product or business. It could be benefits, cost, material or anything that's about the product. It could be nice but it is exhausting both to you and your client. Less stories told will give them more time to think and ask about the product and how it can fit into their needs. This is something that we should keep in mind.
Less Stories Told Will Help Hit Your Target
It is not about taking a shortcut. Instead, it will help you hit your target sooner. Less stories told will help you see what your clients need by listening more to their story. You will know the right story to tell and specifically the things that they want to hear. Practicing this will help you improve the way you do your business and give more value to your clients.
